Twenty-four hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 24 hours applies to a single appointment, 48 hours for multiple appointments. If appointment was booked less than 24 hrs before service, the policy still applies, therefore any cancellations after the booking would result in having to pay for the missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If you cancel and rebook less than required notice, the cancelation policy still applies. Any changes to our your original booking, such as changing the time or date is considered a cancelation and the full amount will be charged.
